Sales Development Representative

We are looking for a high-energy Sales Development Representative to accelerate our business growth. You will be responsible for creating opportunities across the globe for a growing sales team. You should have experience in selling B2B software services to the Director, VP or C-suite. The ideal candidate will be a passionate, result-oriented professional, with a great track record of individual quota achievement. Key Responsibilities

  1. Responsible for generating high-quality leads
  2. Identify prospective clients and build a strong sales pipeline for the Sales Managers via cold - calling, out-bound leads, email communications, LinkedIn, referrals, follow up calls and other direct marketing methods.
  3. Candidate will be responsible for finding and identifying new prospects by performing lead-generation activities through various sources, must be able to understand the business needs and effectively communicate how our offerings can assist the clients.
  4. Contacting potential clients to establish rapport and arrange meetings
  5. Maintain in-depth knowledge of the service offerings of the company
  6. Finding and developing new markets and improving sales
  7. Maintain active engagement with new and existing leads through creative follow-up generating increased interest
  8. Familiarity in nurturing prospects into leads by creating message sequences
  9. Researching organisations and individuals to find new opportunities.
  10. Initiate appointments with Sales team and sync-up with the respective Sales Manager to determine meeting output and follow up aggressively to close the deal.
  11. Initiate conversations with decision makers of targeted firms
  12. Educate potential customers about our offerings, and assist as they go through the buying cycle
  13. Develop and implement overarching outbound sales and business development strategy, sales processes, structure, and best practices across the company
  14. Identify trends and customer needs, building a sales pipeline for short/medium/long term in accordance with targets
  15. Proactively identify and launch initiatives that drive new business growth
  16. Report to the Sales Manager on (weekly/monthly/quarterly) sales results

Required Candidate profile

  1. Proven track record of success as an SDR, in a B2B technology firm
  2. 3+ years of experience in selling enterprise solutions to CXOs/ Heads of Dept
  3. Prior experience in lead generation through cold/ warm calling in developed markets
  4. You MUST have Excellent communication skills - both oral and written
  5. Previous experience and proven success in developing new markets (experience with new market development preferred).
  6. Good interpersonal skills and able to build and manage strong customer relationships.
  7. Exemplary communication skills Ability to communicate effectively at all levels of an organisation.
  8. Presentation, negotiation & persuasion skills with the ability to promote company and influence others.
  9. A bonus would be previous tech industry experience or experience in sales development in digital identity / cyber security space
