Sales Development Representative
Job description

You should have experience in selling B2B software services to the Director, VP or C-suite. Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for generating high-quality leads
- Identify prospective clients and build a strong sales pipeline for the Sales Managers via cold - calling, out-bound leads, email communications, LinkedIn, referrals, follow up calls and other direct marketing methods.
- Candidate will be responsible for finding and identifying new prospects by performing lead-generation activities through various sources, must be able to understand the business needs and effectively communicate how our offerings can assist the clients.
- Contacting potential clients to establish rapport and arrange meetings
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of the service offerings of the company
- Finding and developing new markets and improving sales
- Maintain active engagement with new and existing leads through creative follow-up generating increased interest
- Familiarity in nurturing prospects into leads by creating message sequences
- Researching organisations and individuals to find new opportunities.
- Initiate appointments with Sales team and sync-up with the respective Sales Manager to determine meeting output and follow up aggressively to close the deal.
- Initiate conversations with decision makers of targeted firms
- Educate potential customers about our offerings, and assist as they go through the buying cycle
- Develop and implement overarching outbound sales and business development strategy, sales processes, structure, and best practices across the company
- Identify trends and customer needs, building a sales pipeline for short/medium/long term in accordance with targets
- Proactively identify and launch initiatives that drive new business growth
- Report to the Sales Manager on (weekly/monthly/quarterly) sales results
Required Candidate profile
- Proven track record of success as an SDR, in a B2B technology firm
- 3+ years of experience in selling enterprise solutions to CXOs/ Heads of Dept
- Prior experience in lead generation through cold/ warm calling in developed markets
- You MUST have Excellent communication skills - both oral and written
- Previous experience and proven success in developing new markets (experience with new market development preferred).
- Good interpersonal skills and able to build and manage strong customer relationships.
- Exemplary communication skills Ability to communicate effectively at all levels of an organisation.
- Presentation, negotiation & persuasion skills with the ability to promote company and influence others.
- A bonus would be previous tech industry experience or experience in sales development in digital identity / cyber security space
